My daughter found her perfect helmet and she got what she wanted
I went into the Pasadena store location and the salesman did a horrible job. Added $100 to the internet price, so that's why i purchased online instead of in store.
Took time to find out what I was looking for, gave me several different options. Let me try on multiple helmets to see which brand, model, and size best met my needs. Showed me accessories like tinted visors, bluetooth speakers, etc. that were available for the helmet I purchased. Was not pressured to buy what was in stock but was able to order exactly what I wanted and have it shipped to my home address (at no extra cost).
Everything was delivered on the day I was told it would be and matches the product description.

The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
