I'm very happy with the fork oil I purchased—it works great and met my expectations. My only recommendation is to check in-store availability first, if possible, before ordering for shipping.
I chose to have it shipped to my house, and it ended up arriving about a week later than the original delivery date. That delay wasn't the retailer's fault, but rather the shipping carrier. I did try to buy it at my local store, but they were out of stock. In hindsight, shipping it to the store might have been faster, but it's about a 45-minute ride for me.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase and would buy again—just something to keep in mind regarding delivery options.
Front /Rear Tiger brake pads are identical, but site did not specify that and showed only 1 set. Quick call to get a confirmation and pads were at my door in no time. Thanks!
Need better sprocket selection for those wanting to gear up/down.
The helmet is amazing. Sounds quality is outstanding! Tail light is pretty cool and the fitment is great for my big head lol
The vent system works very nice, there's 4 inlets and 3 outlets. The battery life is also great, just appreciate that it lasts over 10hrs. It also comes with some cool gifts. Thanks you
I went into the store to advise what I was looking for. The sales associate introduced me to the seat part online. We ordered it, paid for it, and in arrived very quickly to my doorstep.
Lots of products, with good photos to make it feel like shopping in a real brick and mortar location. Good details such as measurements, dimensions and sizes. The prices are reasonable too.
Jacket is great, customer service provided by Andrew at the Lewisville store is fantastic. Will continue to shop there.
Ordered motorcycle boots on-line. Not carried in store. Size was too small. Discontinued boot so unable to order correct size. Return authorization completed on-line and I returned the boots to the local store. Staff was great.
Had a good overall experience in store, staff was very helpful in providing extensive knowledge on all products I viewed that day.
Everyone at the local Cycle Gear store are AWESOME! At least everyone there that I dealt with was AWESOME! Especially Brian but everyone there took exceptional care of me and even made my helmet better by fixing
My Cardo speakers! Thanks Brian and that's Cycle Gear! Keith J. R. P. CA.
The professionals at Cycle-Gear Santa Rosa always have my back! They took exceptional care of me and even installed my visor that I seem to break every time I try replacing it myself. Brian went above and beyond as did the other gentleman that was working with him the day I picked it up they made me feel like we're friends or family and I left knowing they got my back! Thanks guys!

I've done business with Cycle Gear prior to this purchase. This time I had been given a gift certificate from JP Cycles which CG had no issues accepting since they're both owned by the same parent company.
I knew I wanted a modular helmet but hadn't chosen anything specific so I went in with an open mind. I received pretty good info from the guy that was helping me but he eventually strayed to help other customers so if I had questions I had to seek out answers.
A little irritating but no biggie.
Their pricing was in line with what i had seen elsewhere so the purchase was made. I had it shipped to the store just in case there were any issues with it and it was all good.
Purchased on Thursday and it was in the store Tuesday I believe, Wednesday at the latest.
Pickup went okay. Still feeling some inattentiveness from the employee but again no biggie.
Overall it was an okay buying experience. I'm sure they'll be getting more of my money down the road.
If you tell a customer it is in stock online and you can have it shipped to there house in two days. It should not take a week.
Tired was delivered before the cut off time for installation. Staff still refused to mount the tire. I had to find a dealer down the street. Defeats the whole purpose of ordering thru cycle gear so I just won't do that again. I'll take my money elsewhere
From the brick and mortar stores to the website CycleGear has never disappointed. As I've evolved over the decades in my motorcycling journey, from Ducatis to BMWs finally to Harleys, CycleGear has always been my constant.
Order tires to the store, they got there within a week of ordering. Was able to get them in the next day and get them put on the rims. Only took 3 hours on a Saturday so not to long of a wait time.
Not sure how many employees were actually working but I waited at least 30 min for assistance, felt like an hour though I know it wasn't. Olivia finally came to the rescue and offered outstanding above and beyond service which is the reason for 4 star instead of 2. Olivia was 5 star! She patiently showed me helmets and was very relatable as a female rider. She was familiar with the various brands and their strengths and differences. I settled on an item not in stock and Olivia helped arrange to have it delivered to my home.
PS your restroom really needs cleaning. Especially if you're going to have people waiting so long. (This did not affect my score though)
Specs for product i chose was available. Helped decide but would have been nice to see it physically in store before deciding. Ground service took several days since the warehouse was in EDT & had to travel to PDT!
Parts were correct and already installed.
Front tire was out of stock, Rear tire showed up, sent rear tire back and ordered another brand of tires (need a matching set, right) Extra trips to the store. Last tire order, last month, different bike was also confusing as they came from separate locations in the US. I have another set of tires need for another bike considering sourcing options as choice seem limited and deliver get's wonky. Thanks for asking
Jerry
I sincerely apologize for any frustration this may have caused. We ship from multiple warehouses, and if all items in your order are not located in the same facility, they will be shipped separately. This process allows us to get your items to you as quickly as possible, rather than delaying shipment by consolidating everything at one location first. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out we’re happy to help.
Delivery was confusing Very Confusing seems each piece came from a different warehouse tracking was cancelled had issues. I had to pay an extra visit to the store to confirm my order was active. Surprisingly it all came together OK. Also one tire had a manufacture date of 2023 seemed old compared to the other
I forgot to order an inner tube for the new tire I purchased. I called back the next day to try and include the tube with the tire shipment to save the shipping. The man that helped me did an outstanding job, and signed me up for the rewards program at the same time.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
