After visiting the local Cycle Gear store and not finding my size in stock I decided to order through your website. The process was easy and the items arrived very quickly and in perfect condition.
I have always had great experiences with Cycle Gear, and I am an RPM member which is also very nice. This order wouldn't allow delivery to the store which I found unusual, but I had to bring bike tire anyway.

Order was quick, shipping not as fast as usual as usps was used and usually it's fedex. As for the product, location of padding feels more suited to a bicycle seat than motorcycle, pads need to be up higher towards the tailbone

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
