After visiting the local Cycle Gear store and not finding my size in stock I decided to order through your website. The process was easy and the items arrived very quickly and in perfect condition.
I have always had great experiences with Cycle Gear, and I am an RPM member which is also very nice. This order wouldn't allow delivery to the store which I found unusual, but I had to bring bike tire anyway.
I got my girlfriend a great jacket at a good price and with a delivery, and when we mistook her size we encountered a helpful staff member to lead us to get the right one.

Order was quick, shipping not as fast as usual as usps was used and usually it's fedex. As for the product, location of padding feels more suited to a bicycle seat than motorcycle, pads need to be up higher towards the tailbone

Received my boots in a timely manner. The boots are very comfortable but do run large and roomy. Reviews on the site were very helpful.
