I went in cycle gear and was looking forward tank bag. They had to order the part. Unfortunately I had to get a hold of revzilla to find out what was going on with the shipping. They found out that it was ordered at the wrong warehouse and had to cancel the order and reorder. It took about 2 weeks to get the part.
From the helpful staff that showed me the options and explained to me the benefits of quad lock, to the on time delivery and proper fulfillment of my order, this was a perfect experience. I got the phone holder I wanted, exactly as described, the custom case was correct and fit perfectly on the first shot. This is the standard for how businesses should be fulfilling their orders and taking care of their customers. Well done, highly recommended.

The experience in dealing with the shop and their team was a good experience. Unfortunately I made the mistake of having it delivered to my house. It was 1 1/2 weeks after I ordered the part that I received delivery of the part.
My local cycle gear was amazing! The entire staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, & and helped my wife and I get all the gear we needed for the season. They even sized me up and ordered my track pants to make sure I recieved the correct order the first time.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
