Everything as described. They arranged for Saturday delivery no extra charge. The RPM membership is worth it if you end up spending a few hundred dollars or more. They stack the Veterans discount on top of membership discounts. Like this place a lot.

I went to the Schaumburg store for a new visor & pin lock for my Shoei Neotech 2, they did not have them in store and it was ordered and shipped to my home in a day. Very satisfied with the in store help and the delivery time.

Placed an order, had it delivered to a store close to me. Arrived promptly in a few days. They called immediately after it delivered, I was actually reading the delivery notice when the call came. Lol. I was in and out of the store in mere minutes.
The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable. They did not have several things in stock at the store I wanted and he went online and got them ordered for me.

D30 level 2 armor for an older Scorpion jacket that had SasTec armor. D30 L2 is much higher rated and rated for a much greater temperature range. Slightly larger and better ventilation too.
Does not work with my bike, I had to return it, the page and the actual product doesnt match, on the page it shows both left and right engine case cover but when I receive it came with right engine case cover and left water pump cover. No left engine case cover was in the box. 2016 Ducati Monster 1200R

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
