Cycle Gear has a comprehensive assortment of gear. I was looking for new jacket and pants for better protection and waterproof ability in one. I looked at what they had in their local store and got an idea of the right size but I didn't particularly like the choices there. So, I looked online and asked my riding buddies and settled on a Klim Carlsbad set. I was going to buy the close out set until I read about the improvements for 2026. $$$ but worth it. Great gear. They spend a lot of time making sure you can work with the zipper, clasps, etc. with gloves on. Comfortable, functional and well built.
The service at the Springfield Oregon store and speed of delivery were excellent. The helmet is what I expected, but it has a lot of road noise. I am going to get ear plugs. All good
Have bought a number of things from here, most recently a new riding jacket, and have been impressed with the level of service and quality of the products. I've also shopped in-store and had a good experience with helpful staff.
Ordered a phone case online and it shipped too the store for me to pickup. No issues.
Stop using FedEx they are terrible handling goods unless you sent out a box all taped up because of the holes and tears in it.
The goods haven't been put together yet so I hope all parts are there because there were some loose items inside such as nuts, bolts and washers.
None of these carriers are held accountable for the way they damage goods.
I almost retuned these boosts but Jabob at the store explained how to get used to the boots and how long it would take to break them in and he convinced me to keep them. I am glad listed to him.
Very nice quality jacket; however, I expected a 3XL jacket to be longer. This jacket was too short. Otherwise it fit nicely in all other areas.

Had my daughter who lives with her mom visitsd the store for a full face helmet fitting. Ordered a LS2 helmet and Cardo com set. Not in stock. Helmet arrived in a couple days. Head set took a week. They installed the Cardo for her on pick up at the store. She likes
The customer rep was very knowledgeable, but the helmet is noisier than expected. In fact i will say it is the loudest full face helmet I have had. Nit sure if I need to make some adjustments with the vents. Next time I will just go with my gut.
CycleGear provides a great shopping experience. While not everything you can try before purchasing, they have a flexible return policy that allows you to buy different options and return something that did not work well. Staff is very responsive, responsible, and professional. Recommended!

We walked into the store and they didn't have the handlebars we needed. The salesperson took us to his computer and showed us exactly what we were looking for. Great service — we almost walked out before he helped us.

I really only got this brand because the details on the helmet were super cool. It fits great, very comfy, the neck buckle does sit a little too close to my throat it chokes me a bit if it's not sitting right

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
