Awesome product! However FEDEX and their infinite wisdom were 2 days late on delivery and also turned my package into a football. Despite the severely crushed condition of the box the pants were unharmed and had no damage. 💪🏾😎

I am always well taken care of at the cycle gear Tacoma store. I went in to inquire after new cheek pads and a headliner for my helmet so I did not need to replace it because the rest of it was in good shape and not very old. They helped me place the order. Gave me an approximate time frame for delivery and I received my order within that time frame exactly as promised and it fit my helmet perfectly. They offered to assist or install the cheek pads and liner for me, though I did decline due to the need to cut a small piece of the plastic in the liner which I wanted to be responsible for so they were not. Overall, perfect service

I wish sizes were available in stores so we don't have to go there the process of returning and not having a Helmet available for two to three weeks do to fitment issues

I acquired a bike with a Quad Lock mount and needed to get my phone equipped to connect to it. I did not know that a combined case, specifically for my phone with a Quad Lock mount embedded existed before I saw it advertised by Cycle Gear. The discovery was great news, but the delivery time and easy transaction was even better.

Customer service was a great help, so was an in store guy and a lady. Customer service in retail is almost non-existent today. These two were very helpful. It was the sterling heights store location, online used too.
After receiving a defective jacket when I ordered online I took it back to Cycle Gear in person so I didn't have to pay the return shipping fee. They made it very easy, and ordered the replacement jacket for me with no porblem. It arrived at my door in a just a few days. I LOVE it. My only complaint is that the first jacket I received was very obviously damaged, in several places—the attached belt was not stitched in on one end and was hanging off, the inner lining zipper was completely stuck, and there was a quarter-sized round mark on the front. How did it get missed by their quality control?;-) Still, I now have a great jacket and didn; t have to pay the return postage.
USPS didn't deliver, but Cycle Gear did. My order was not in my mailbox after receiving a delivered notice. Called customer service and they resent my order. Thanks.
Same type material as most car covers. Great for indoor use as described. Wouldn't use outdoors unless well protected. Don't have to fight the full elastic around the bottom like the last cover I had.

I ws visiting from another state that has no cycle gear locations. When they didn't have something I was looking for in the store, one of the employees brought in their own gear the next day for me to try, since it was along the lines of what I was looking for. I greatly appreciated them going above and beyond their job description and helping me find other items along the way.

My case was supposed to be delivered to my house, instead it was delivered to the store. They called me and sent it to my house no problem. It took a few days so I had to wait longer than expected but it arrived fine and im loving the case!
My wife and I ordered some clothing. We used the clothing measuring scale. Should have went two sizes up to fit. The refund process was very easy. Ordered new clothing size and received.

My first visit to Cycle Gear in White Plains was great. The representative who's name I cannot remember provided some insight when I made an inquiry which led to me learning some vital information relative to motorcycling and safety.
Pricing was competitive, shipping was fast, and there were notifications throughout the process, including at delivery. An excellent transaction!
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
