Boots were out of stock but the very helpful store sales person ordered boots for me and they were shipped to store. Got an email when they arrived, went by store to try them on and pick up. Don't know the sales person's name, but she was knowledgeable of product line and was very pleasant and helpful.

I bought a new helmet that had all kinds of new technology. It a modular helmet with Bluetooth and even has a separate sun visor. Even though they didn't have my size in the color I wanted, they were able to ship it to me in less than two days. Worth every penny. And the staff was patient and friendly while I made a decision.
Great store and product but the Asian kid associate who assisted me wore a bullet proof vest and a gun on his side. This is Nevada and I'm pro-guns but really weirded me out. Next customer may not be as accepting. 🤷‍🤷‍

Fairly easy to navigate the website. I would prefer the dirt bike category to have a section below it for protective gear and sub menus for each type.
