Was on a waist for sedici srada ii air vents, the added label states "sedici strada 2" but the manufacturers package states "sedici" only, wrong finish and they don't fit

Always had a pleasant experience shopping in store. Especially glad I took my girlfriend in to try helmets on. We found out that she has a long oval head, which is about 2% of the population. Any normal helmet would not fit her properly and would give her headaches. An in-store rep showed us exactly what we needed to get for her, and then we ordered one from the online store. Very professional staff at CycleGear!
