Well I ordered 3 items from 3 different online stores, cycle gear was great kept me in the loop with emails and with shipping. One online store only sent me part of my order and has not responded to any of my emails which I sent 3 to them to get the rest of my order. I will not shop at this other company.
All said and done shop at CYCLE GEAR good prices at least you're informed of your parts along the way.
The guys at the store were great and they answered all of my questions and took the time to tell me about the product I was interested in buying.

So, i crashed my bike. Thankfully, I was wearing the Tech Air 5 that I bought from Cycle Gear (shout out to Andreyi and the boys at Hasbrouck Heights, NJ) so i was pretty much unscathed. Luckily, so was the bike. I picked it up and drive straight to CG where I ordered the Tech Air 3 to use while my Tech Air 5 gets refilled. I might have been in mild shock, so they let me hang out for a while to regroup. I'm in the process of moving, so I got it delivered to the store for pickup. It arrived two days later. I had a long ride planned that night and knew from the 5 that the 3 would probably arrive with no charge. I've built a bit of a rapport with the guys, and they've always gone above and begind for me, so when I called CG to ask whether they could throw it on the charger for a bit before pickup, Andreyi told me he wouldn't be in the store but would call to make sure someone plugged it in. The next day, he told me he called them then called them twice more to remind them and ensure the thing was plugged in. Another excellent experience at Cycle Gear.
I will say, though, that the Tech Air 3 did false deploy a week later while I was taking it off this morning. Obviously, i was pretty upset, especially given that I hadn't even had the chance to ship my 5 in for a reset yet. I emailed Alpinestars and asked whether I could combine the two repairs into one order. Not only did they say I could, but they would also reset the 3 under warranty, free of charge.
How long the reset will take has yet to he seen, but the responses to my emails came through within minutes, which definitely inspires confidence.
What an unexpectedly good experience this whole thing has been.
Ordered a few items for my winter bike overhaul. Unfortunately havent had time to install, but everything was as described. Shipped fast

Delivery to a cycle gear location was pretty fast, in fact, came a day earlier than expected.
Delivered the rear wheel (mounted with old/worn tire) to my local Cycle Gear and ordered the replacement tire. A couple days later the new tire had arrived at the store and been mounted and balanced. I've mounted ADV tires myself in the past but decided to do it the easy way and let the pros do it for me. Thanks.

Was on a waist for sedici srada ii air vents, the added label states "sedici strada 2" but the manufacturers package states "sedici" only, wrong finish and they don't fit

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
