I've found the staff to be personable, knowledgeable and always willing to help.They generally stock a good amount of motorcycle gear. My purchase happened to be special order and took a little time, but nothing crazy and the communication was good.

I'm really please with the fact that there was no resistance when I returned defective gloves.

Fast and easy ordering experience, shipped to my house. As I install and balance my own tires

Tires looked good but the front one was missing the dot for balancing. Also, had to go somewhere else to get my tires mounted because the tire machine at Cycle Gear was down.

Didn't have to pay for expedited shipping and still received my order the next day

I'm tired of replacing batteries, so this light is just the thing.

The web site was straight forward, easy to shop, purchase and delivery.

I really don't know what you want me to say here I like the helmet both helmets that I bought. I haven't got to use them yet cause it's been too cold to ride.

Product is very nice, but was told it would be 2 day delivery, and it took much longer. Also had to contact Hogworkz to get more velcro and stickers.

Cycle Gear has been around for decades, and their management model is on display at the San Jose Cycle Gear. Not only do they have multiple staff that are experts in their products, but I've also received great contacts with other related vendors when Cycle Gear didn't have my sizes (kevlar lined jeans in 36Wx38L).
