I received my jacket, but the delivery driver just set it over my fence instead of bringing it to the porch and in these day and ages with porch pirates that was not a wise idea but I'm happy with the coat
I've purchased gear from CycleGear in the past without issue. However, I always went into a store and see what's available. This year I tried to order on-line. I first contacted the Azusa location to confirm tire availability. Their site contained several options which could be use (trail tires) However, once I called the store I was informed they don't carry any trail tires, at all, and they wouldn't bring any into the store, even if I ordered them. I asked why were they advertised on their site if they were not going to offer them for sale? A few times during my phone conversation, I was asked to hold, which I did, only to have the same person come back on the line sounding more frustrated than before the request to hold, (I don't know if he was frustrated with me, trying to purchase something clearly advertised on their site, frustrated with a customer in the store, or frustrated with another call in customer). Either way, not someone who should be talking with customers. I ended up ordering through the Pasadena location, without any problems, and I'll never call the Azusa again.
Everytime I enter my local Cyclegear, I am greeted with amazing professional people who are highly knowledgeable and provide great service.

Great price and only website that wasn't on back order after taking the order! You beat your estimated delivery by days to allow me to open my gift from my parents on Xmas eve which I didn't think would happen! I ordered my front tire from a few different sites and they acted like they had them and my mechanic who has a lot of local contacts couldn't get it even from HD on the island. Very impressed and even more appreciative because my front tire has been teetering on me enjoying my ride to me being a causality of stupidity for not replacing what my mechanic pointed out to me months ago. I'm very thankful that you got me this front tire and I cannot wait to ride my 06 sportster xl1200c with a ton more tread on my front tire and I'm sure my mechanic will probably tell me my back tire needs to be replaced when he does the front

Doing business through the website was easy to understand and navigate. Plus they really never left me alone to wonder about if I was going to get my product that was always on point from. 8 to point B with updates and tracking ability.

Placed order online and received call from Josh that item ready for pickup. Brandon helped answer any return questions I had during pikup and was very helpful showing me ADV boots as well.
I ordered three items in one order but all three items were shipped to the store separately. As each item arrives, i received a text letting me know. Communication was excellent throughout. Once i picked up all orders, staff was friendly and helpful. Items were easily found together and boxed.
I ordered a jacket for my daughter and I love it, the quality is te best and delivery was amazing, super fast!. I'm very happy with my purchase!

When sizing fit is challenging such as with helmets and gloves, it's great to be able to order from a greater selection than any one store can stock, and (in my case) be relatively close to a Cycle Gear location that makes returns simple to do.
I called support about how to install the windshield hardware, and they were so helpful the lady found a video and sent me the link

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
