And as riders ourselves, we’ve enjoyed every second of it! Our team members come from diverse riding backgrounds, carving through canyons, darting around the racetrack, trekking the trails and riding just about anywhere else two wheels can take you.

Now, we have 165 Stores in 39 States nationwide and online shopping to bring top notch gear and expertise to wherever you call home. Great sore personnel

Went into the Chattanooga store to order a tank ring for my GV bag. They did not have the one I needed in stock. Sales Personnel immediately offered to order seamless transaction. Received the next day. Could not have been happier. Always find the inside sales people to be helpful and knowledgeable.

Delivery Date Issues

As a RPM member, I should receive orders within 2-3 days. My Sedici helmet took a week from Las Vegas and my Barkbuster handguards didn't leave the warehouse until a week after I ordered it.

It may have been a one-off experience as previous orders were speedy, so I'll give Cycle Gear a break.

Not acceptable

Ordered a throttle body for my dirtbike and the site said it should fit and I got the part late and when it arrived I had the part and it came with the instructions but the instructions had pictures of a completely different part and how to install the wrong part and not the part I was supplied with 70$ down the drain, at the end of the day it didn't work thanks for nothing

Great experience with cycle gear

Quick and easy I ordered a tire online they had a great selection of motorcycle tires when I picked up the tire in store I spoke with it a sales associate there and we talked about many different products that they had in the store they have a ton of stuff in stock which was great and we talked about many many different products and the sales associate was knowledgeable about all of them and was very helpful I'll be going back there again soon

Went to my local CycleGear to order a Battery for my Harley. The rep at the store greeted me as i walked into the store. I was was helped right away, we found the Battery i wanted online and it was ordered. I opted to have it shipped to the store. Within 3 Days Battery was available for pick up.wow that was fast. I tested the Battery and it was properly charged and ready for use.

They had wrong home address had issues with delivery was left at the wrong house. Finally rcvd a call drom driver and I directed him to correct address. Shipping slip had wrong home addr but I verified it my address at the Cycke Gear Store in Person when i ordered my tires.
