Our team members come from diverse riding backgrounds, carving through canyons, darting around the racetrack, trekking the trails and riding just about anywhere else two wheels can take you.

Alpinestar gloves

Great gloves. Love alpinestar products. I now have the gloves, the boots, the jacket, the pants. Never disappointed in the quality. Fitment might be off since it's not US sizes so just check the fitment before purchasing.

Large size gear delema

I am a big guy. I could not find a jacket and pants that fit. I ordered some because I could not find anything local to try on. A friend told me about Cycle Gear. I called in and talked with a young man (I wish I could remember his name) that was knowledgable and kind. He knew what they had in stock and invited me in to try them on. He remembered me when I went to the store. A nice young woman and a different young man walked me to the racks. Invited me again to try some gear on, and discussed my options. I ended up purchasing two jackets and a pair of riding pants. I was very impressed with the stores inventory, gear quality, and excellent customer service!

Kawasaki side cover.

Nobody told me it was back ordered,until I called.would of been nice if someone would have contacted me right away.orderd for a 2024 but 2021 white would have worked also,just would have to order another side cover,but they were both the left side on back order,white and the black.you would think that someone from Kawasaki would realize there was a problem with their design and fix it.Kawasak is known to have bullet proof bikes,not any more this bike doesn't even have 5 miles on it and I bought it as a 2024 left over new put plastic on the pins or make it out of steel.

Liked it so much I bought it twice

I bought the Lexin P5 smart pump again because I gave my first one to my daughter when she moved away from home. I bought myself another one for my adventure bike. That pump has saved me and others a few times!

Please define "fits" your bike.

I bought heated hand grips that were described as "fits" my bike. To make them fit I had to drill holes in the handlebar and purchase a lot of electrical connectors because the ones provided with the heated grips did not hold the wires. If you don't work on bikes regularly, then you might find this use of the term "fits" misleading.

I needed some warmer gloves and a pinlock for my new helmet. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped me pick out some gloves that I really like and keep my hands nice and warm. The pinlock was not in stock but they placed the order for me and it was incredibly easy. It just showed up on my doorstep the next week.

SHIPPING TOOK 11 DAYS

Please stop using FedEx as the only shipping preference. They are horrible. Give us the option of paying for expedited shipping services, ie: overnight, second day, etc.

We use multiple carriers not just FedEx. Expedited shipping is offered on orders when available. Your item was restricted from expedited shipping because of the lithium battery therefore it had to go regular ground shipping which can take up to 5 business days from the time it ships. I hope this explains our processes better for you and we are sorry for the frustration. We appreciate your honest opinion. Hope to get things right next time. Thanks for letting us know.

Don't let Jonathon mount your tires

I came in stating I had to get two different tires that I had been all through the website he then assumed I was an idiot and found both sizes in the same tire immediately needless to say one of them was the wrong size then when I came in to get the correct ones mounted he put these giant stick on weights on that weren't stuck so he then duck taped them without my permission came back and Justin was able to help me but Jonathon told me I could order the parts and fix it myself when I found what he did to my brand new tires

CycleGear attempted to help this customer through the SmartCustomer Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
