The people who work at Cycle Gear are very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. I went in, having surfed the website, thinking I knew what I wanted to buy. I left with something different because of the information I received from the salesperson. He explained features I didn't know about and gave me options that I hadn't considered. I left with something very close to the price I was planning on paying for a better piece of equipment.

Awaiting for my front michelin road 6 to be installed on my whee for a triumph speed triple 1200 rs. We will see how it goes as the tech mentioned about possible breaking my TPS & it would 3 to 4 day for installation. I raining this week, so it ok. But man that is slow..

I knew what brand of Helmet I wanted but sizing on new Arai lids is different so I asked and they recommended and it was spot on.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
