We went into Cycle Gear on my daughters Birthday to get a helmet. We were greeted and helped right away. All of our questions were answered and we found a helmet that worked for her.

I had to return my helmet for a larger size. Process was easy and the new helmet can in just a few days and fit perfect. I will definitely order again

Ordered tire, it showed up, and they mounted it. I picked it up.

I was buying my first helmet and went into the Thornton CO store to try some on and figure out my size. I just so happened to get help from a manager (a manager who was actually out on the floor and helping customers which was nice to see). He was a tremendous help narrowing down my search, educating me, and we figured out that I'm a small in Sedici but an XS in Shoei. I went online to see if I could find something on sale and I stumbled upon the discontinued Shoei Neotec 2 helmet with an open-box discount (48%) that happened to be in my size. It has a few cosmetic scratches that were disclosed by Cycle Gear with pictures (thank you), but it fits and it's functionally perfect. Check out was smooth and it arrived within the week. Inside the store and online has been a great experience. A week later, I brought my bf who has never been in a Cycle Gear store to shop and he also had a positive experience. The manager recognized me from previous shopping and said hello :)

Received e-mail saying it was in, went to the store next day... not in... took 4 days and two trips to get it mounted and balanced correctly. Need more than one employee in the store...

From the purchase to entering our home, everything was very quick and smooth.

I work at a store so it was exactly what was expected. More to come

Never knew this store was right around the corner from my house! Great selection of helmets! Staff were very helpful.

As the other reviews said: Order one size larger than you normally wear. The heels will be loose." I have a fix for the heel issue.
I bought self sticking corner seals for doors at home depot. They work great. You may have to layer them. My heel fits perfectly now

I went in and sat down and tried a boot on. Had an employee come over without asking and we got a pair ordered. Easy.

I wish the delivery would come faster. Its always 4 to 5 day before I get my order, but other then that I love the cycleGear experience.

I've been buying from Cyclegear for many years and no matter how large or small the purchase, customer service is top notch.

Shipping was quick. Mount was easy to install and works great. Had a different brand before and my phone literally fell off my bike.

I've ordered gear through CycleGear both in store and online multiple times. I've always had a great experience. When shopping in store, their staff has always been very helpful. When shopping online, I've found their web presence easy to use and delivery to be timely.

I had found some items online that I wanted to get, however I wasn't sure what size I was. I was able to come in, get sized AND they even placed the order for me online and had it shipped to their store. Once it came in, they notified me, and I was able to try everything on to ensure it fit right. Everyone was very helpful and very accommodating. Thank you so much and this will definitely be my go-to for any of my cycle gear!

Shipping was delayed twice (with no explanation) and seemed very disorganized and out of control.

Every time I go into the Novi Michigan cycle gear, manager has been great tons of help always find what I need. Pick up in store has been spot on online has always gone smoothly. Keep up the good work.

Went to the Daytona store and tried on the helmet for size and overall fit. I liked it but wanted different colors so we ordered it and had it in about 4 days. The salesmen went above and beyond the call of duty! Very friendly and informative and even installed our communication system into the helmet when the helmet came in!
