Fast, reliable, and great prices, all in one place, is hard to find so many different Brands in one place.
Really easy, and always find what I need!
Great shop to buy motocross and enduro gear! I went there to try some gear, and got specialized information about the products I got. Was very helpful to make my decision and buy what I really needed.
Ordered Sunday got it Tuesday. Great delivery. I would definitely order again
My experience with cycle gear was great. They were even kind enough to send me a free product. That was not originally part of my order. Which I found thoughtful, when it comes to motorcycle safety gear. The products I received were as described. Although, some of the padding I purchased did not fit some of the cycling gear that I wear. I'am still able to find uses for them. Being motorcycle safety, I rather have it that not. Being that they seemed to be one of the only companies I could find that sold CE certified hardshell padding inserts for shoulders and forearm protection. If you do decided to purchase just make sure you have proper fitting sizes for your jackets. That was a mistake on my part. Again I have found other uses for them.
First time user. Seems legit. Would look into buying more gear in the future
Excellent! Friendly staff who know what the hell they are talking about.
Virginia is the greatest person! Knowledgeable and professional! Cool as a fan on high!
My wife and I purchased a helmet for each of us to start our new riding season from Cycle Gear. The sales rep. Took excellent care of us. When the helmets arrived at home my wife thought she needed a larger size. We went to the store and exchanged one of the helmets for a larger size. The sales rep. Ordered a new helmet for us and it was shipped to our house. The helmets fit perfectly and the care we received at the store was second to none. Highly recommend them.
Very friendly n great services from beginning to the end. Thanks.
I ordered two mirrors (right/left) at the same time, in the same order. The funny part was that one was shipped from Reno, and the other shipped from Pennsylvania. Both were delayed 2 days from weather (which I can understand) and both arrived in boxes big enough that a dozen mirrors could fit in. I'm not upset by anything, it just seemed really inefficient and unnecessarily expensive to ship this way.
Both mirrors arrived in good shape and fit perfectly, and I was kept updated about the shipping nicely.
My Daughter is a small gal so I was concerned about fitment of any gear bought online. I called around numerous motorcycle apparel stores and was met with lackluster enthusiasm and no confidence in finding what I needed until I called CylceGear in Woburn and spoke with Kelly. She was able to look at my Daughter and immediately recognize her body shape and match it with the right manufacturer and she was very knowledgeable about the product line and their features. The only thing we didn't get that day (pants) we were able to purchase and have shipped to my home within a few days. I watched not only Kelly but also another sales associate hustle as they met the needs of many customers at once. I am very impressed with this store and location!
Awesome experience like always, order lots of gear and parts for them never had a bad experience
My experience with the shop is great. Delivery kept on getting delayed and was irritating. I think you guys need to work on not delaying your shipping several times
Cycle Gear Lewisville TX was very helpful in getting me outfitted with some new goodies for my first-ever, seven-day road trip to the 2025 BMWMOA rally in Lebanon, TN this coming June.
Hunter recommended a great pair of boots for me, and when we found they did not have my size in stock he took care of getting them ordered and sent to my house
Very satisfied with the tires, improves the performance of my bike on the road.
Everything came when it was supposed to and the right parts came. Thank you, cycle here.
Always been satisfied with the web-site experience.
The store I use seems to have limited inventory. Poor selection of half helmets, shoes, etc. The young lady who helped me was helpful... but not happy... never smiled. Maybe it's a badass biker thing, idk, I'm a 70 y. O. new trike rider.
I was notified as soon as my item was at the front door. Nicely done
Stop by my local Cycle Gear to order a new set of tires for my 300 Rally. Tires were on sale so I did not receive my military discount. They did do a second day delivery. I will be back for my next set.
Ordered tires to come to the Greensboro location because they were supposed to be $30/tire to be installed. Only to find out when they arrive Greensboro doesnt have a tire mounting machine (not on website). And Winston Salem's isn't working. The closest one is Raleigh. Great. Call local shops and no one wants to install them since they weren't bought from them. Call Raleigh to confirm it's $30/tire. Drive 1.5 hrs to to Raleigh and then get billed $110 because they don't list the disposal fee, the inner tube fee, the tires aren't a flat $30 each, etc. So spent 3 hrs and $20 in gas and had to remove the wheels for something I could have had done a block away for a few extra dollars.
Doug was great. He helped us find and order exactly what we needed.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
