I bought a 2000 Harley Davidson@ a year ago. I needed riding gear and accessories. The manager is a young lady, Kenna, was very understanding of my needs. She is knowledgeable of the products and helpful in getting what I wanted. The staff i have interacted with also very helpful and professional as well.

I paid $34 dollars for the 24 hour shipping on Thursday night Friday the label was created and said estimated delivery was Monday which i understand with weekends. Well the my items weren't even shipped until Monday and received it Tuesday which i could've had I'd i just did the regular shipping for a fraction of the cost. Parts were perfect though.
My original order seemed messed up. The original promise date was totally blown, with false emails indicating it was waiting for me at the dealer, but the dealer reporting it was never sent. I called customer steer ice and explained my frustration along with the need to have had the item already so it could be checked out before our imminent trip. The customer service person understood and had a replacement item overnight shipped to my home no charge to me. The product did indeed work and we are off on our trip with a resolution to our motorcycle problem. Thank you for hearing my issue and doing what you needed to make it all work. I'm sure cycle gear lost money on this order, but I will come back!

Got new helmets also got new wireless headsets. They also installed the headsets we checked the headsets out and the helmets in the store all worked well
I received my pinlock for my Sistema 3. Sedici is now using 3 shells instead of 2. The pinlock I ordered stated that it was for the Sistema II / 3. Since my helmet is the XXL, it now falls into the 3rd Shell size, the pinlock does not fit the shield correctly. I can only assume that if the shell got larger than the shield did as well. I have 2mm gap where the silicone seal does not touch the shield at the bottom. I have emailed Pinlock and am awaiting a reply after initial contact with them.

The three things I ordered fit and work perfectly. I don't quite understand the shipping. I ordered to sets of helmet visor attachments that were exactly the same and a clear visor. The visor attachments came from two separate locations and two different time frames. The visor also shipped separately.
This was super easy buying what I needed for my Outrush R helmet.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
