Got new helmets also got new wireless headsets. They also installed the headsets we checked the headsets out and the helmets in the store all worked well
I received my pinlock for my Sistema 3. Sedici is now using 3 shells instead of 2. The pinlock I ordered stated that it was for the Sistema II / 3. Since my helmet is the XXL, it now falls into the 3rd Shell size, the pinlock does not fit the shield correctly. I can only assume that if the shell got larger than the shield did as well. I have 2mm gap where the silicone seal does not touch the shield at the bottom. I have emailed Pinlock and am awaiting a reply after initial contact with them.

The three things I ordered fit and work perfectly. I don't quite understand the shipping. I ordered to sets of helmet visor attachments that were exactly the same and a clear visor. The visor attachments came from two separate locations and two different time frames. The visor also shipped separately.

One of the best buying experiences in recent history! Walked into Cycle Gear and was greeted by an astonishingly helpful sales associate. This young man was a walking Wikipedia of store product knowledge. Was looking for a motorcycle helmet and walked out smiling, having purchased a helmet plus an armored jacket and gloves. Great job. And I'm thrilled with my purchases.
My experience at Bolingbrook was outstanding, my experience at Schaumburg not as good, Schaumburg is a much larger facility and many of the young employees are trying but service is difficult, they do high volume and I think possibly that kind of volume is more than they are prepared to handle quickly and efficiently, I also think management there could possibly use an attitude adjustment.
Employee at Bolingbrook Cycle Gear was above and beyond polite and helpful in giving me all the information I needed to get my product and work done at the schaumburg facility, employee at schaumburg was not nearly as excited to get more business.
Cycle Gear had what I was looking for, delivered in reasonable time with competitive pricing. Very disappointed in DOT manufacturing date. Rear tire will be 3 yrs old on Sept 2025. Front tire was 4 yrs old in April 2025. Bridgestone recommends replacing motorcycle tires after 7 years of age. Thinking of returning for newer tires.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
