After doing some research in stores and online, I purchased a Klipsch sound bar through Crutchfield. It was the same unit that I looked at in store for more than twice the cost than what Crutchfield had it for. The process was very easy. The item arrived very quickly. Once I got it hooked up I was impressed at the range of sound and the quality. I will definitely look to Crutchfield for my electronic needs and recommend them to others as well.
Ordered a head unit. Came with EVERYTHING all instruction dash pieces I didn't even need. Extra screws. Couldn't have gone better IF there is ever a problem the customer service is one of the best.
Needed to build a system for a friend so where else would you go but Crutchfield they give you everything you need to install your equipment such as speaker mounts and connections and receiver mounts for your specific vehicle
Crutchfield AV Design helped us with what I thought was a super complicated set up full of wishes. Dallas very quickly understood what we were after even with me not communicating in AV terms. He walked me through each step and patiently (like a saint patient!) explained what each component was for and how it related to the whole system.

I ordered a stereo with Bluetooth for my sons car. They sent emails with instructions for wiring and installing in car prior to receiving stereo. The stereo came I prewired Honda adapter mounted brackets to unit my son came back for a visit 20 minutes later he was saying it was his best Christmas present and programming stations and testing Bluetooth function. The whole process was a breeze thanks to detailed info for his vehicle.

Package of Canon 77D contained a memory card incompatible with the camera. When I called in to inquire, the sales rep was quite unresponsive and unfriendly urging me to buy the correct card on my own.

What a great company. Ive installed. Ountless head units and stereo systems in cars. As audio equipment in vehicles has advanced, it has become difficult to find appropriate parts. After one failed attempt to order parts on another site and install, I went to this website and again, ordered the wrong part. Called them, they got me straight and refunded my other mistake, and sent me all info I needed for my vehicle. Great support, great prices. Will shop again.
