I have a 1999 Saturn and badly wanted a new radio in my car. I had asked around and mechanics were charging over $200 to put a new one in. After some research on YouTube, I found out about this site. I paid for the ready harness service (which is a blessing) and that made installation 100 times easier. The instructions they sent me were clear and easy to follow and we even had all the tools we needed on hand. Installation took less than a hour, (with my grandfathers help) and it works perfectly. I mainly use the Bluetooth and it sounds amazing. I'm so happy I found out about Crutchfield and only spent $80 to put a new radio in my car. Thanks.

I've purchased a lot of stuff from Crutchfield over the past 40 years, TVs, component sound equipment, and a number of replacement automotive sound units. I've consistently found any transaction I've had with them to be without a hitch. There may be a lower discount price on the same item as one offered by Crutchfield, but if there is it's usually minimal. Plus you cannot always put a price on the quality of service and dependability included with a Crutchfield purchase.
I ordered a low end Dual stereo for my car and I got what I paid for. Anything is an improvement over what was in the car and I like being able to plug a flash drive in with my music. The tuner leaves a lot to be desired and is weaker and gets worse reception than the original unit but again I got what I paid for and I am not willing to sink lots of money into my car. The service, advice, and shipping from Crutchfield were 1st rate so no complaints there.
This isn't the first time I've bought from Crutchfield - I keep coming back because I know they'll take care of any issues, they are dependable and reputable, anything I order is not "gray-stock" or some other risky product. Adam helped me out on some questions I had regarding the receiver and sub-woofer, so I knew I would be getting what I wanted and intended. While it may be possible to get a cheaper price somewhere else, I would rather forgo the hassle of trying to return or exchange a product through some other dealer. The receiver I chose was $50 less than at BestBuy.

I originally had an issue with customer support not responding, however they explained that they never received the email. Possibly it was a website error, but nobody knows for sure what happened. Regardless, once they found out I had never received a response, they contacted me back immediately with an apology and made the issue more than right. So, in this case I have to give them credit for going out of their way to make sure they had a happy customer! Because of this, I will definitely order from Crutchfield again.

I ordered the k200 dash kit and it came as listed on there site very good condition thank you putting in my 2015 chrysler 200 sport with a pioneer nex 2400 double din will look super clean when done

Answer: I've bought outlet item for many years now and never had an issue or even needed to return. I'm pretty sure you can return if not happy with it. It says it under the price after you click on that item I believe
