My on-line order for a couple of Sonos speakers was an easy experience. The order was handled efficiently, and the speakers came almost immediately. In the past, I have shopped personally at Crutchfield in Charlottesville, and the staff there have always been very helpful, so I wasn't surprised that the on-line order went well.

Our television & receiver system was taken out by a lightning storm. The day of the install for the new equipment was fast approaching and the company I was using was out of the surge protector I needed. I called Crutchfield and they got me the part the day before the install. The person I spoke with was helpful, polite, and reassuring. They came through just like they said they would.
I have shopped with Crutchfield before and I really enjoy the blog/education they provide about car installations. Not to mention they have some quality stock factory component replacements with very detailed r&r instruction of many, many cars and trucks.

I spent one day adding an electrical outlet to my garage to provide power to the cameras. The second day was involved in mounting the camera and routing the cable through the brick wall into the garage.

The subwoofer on an in wall Polk audio was not working due to what seemed to be a non functional amp. Talking to the Crutchfield representative was helpful in finding a replacement and looking at alternatives. The new amp arrived 2 business days later and did make the CSW155 subwoofer operational.

Answer: I've bought outlet item for many years now and never had an issue or even needed to return. I'm pretty sure you can return if not happy with it. It says it under the price after you click on that item I believe
