I ordered a pair of after market speakers for my 2002 Acura MDX. The website asked about the car make, year, model and sent not only the speakers, but all the other parts required to install the after market speakers. They also sent me step by step installation instructions for my specific car. Great service! Definitely will be a returning customer. Five stars!

This the second Sanus VMF518 TV wall mount I have purchased from Crutchfield. Excellent mount that works well for a corner installation. This mount did not come with the instruction manual.

Just installed a JVC R790BT in my old truck. Installation was a breeze, set up is a bit confusing as I am not a techie. I will learn how to take advantage of all the cool features of this use but it will take this old dog some time! Unit was shipped promptly and arrived in good packaging. I have used Crutchfield before, always with good results.

The radio I purchased was great. The expensive install kit which was $180 was cheaply made and the clips did not match up with the OEM parts. So basically I have a nice radio sitting in a crappy aftermarket housing in my dash board. I purchased a $30 kit from a local car audio store that will fit much better. A little disappointed I spent the extra money on the high dollar install kit.

Bought 2 Pioneer touch screens Over $1000 in stereos and harnesses, one would not power up due to harness problems. The other one had interface problems. Over 5 hours of wasted time.
