From helping you understand your own car to suggestions of what models fit into your car is just Amazing! Puts any other website to shame. A truly great experience from beginning to end. And then some. Will I Buy again? In a heartbeat!
Whenever I need a car stereo I go to Crutchfield. They take all the guess work out of choosing the right one for your vehicle. Every one I have ever bought worked great and I've never had to get in touch with them for assistance. The directions they supply are easy to follow and installation is a snap.

From the first call to discuss my needs and review products I had selected, the Crutchfield customer service people were awesome. They took the time to understand what my goal was for the surround system, reviewed my product selection and suggested products they felt were a better fit and sometimes at a lower cost than what I had chose. In the end, I purchased a new receiver and complete 5 channel speaker system. I have it installed just a few days now and I have to say everything has worked out great. I'm still adjusting the sound/tone levels of speakers to suit my ear and couldn't be happier with Crutchfield, the products and the Customer service folks that helped me.
Dee started me off with a great av receiver and kalven help with the final sale. Kat help with setup all offered direct lines of contact. The sale and advice has been top notch no pressure sales just genuine good advice and answered all my questions.
Received my purchase on time and was properly boxed so the contents would not move around during transit.
Even though the product was listed as "scratch & dent" it arrived in perfect condition and worked as expected. It didn't look like the box had ever been opened.

Purchased Marantz ND8006 CD player, cables and Panamax line filters. All are working well. Prices are comparable to many other websites. Service was good with online chats. I was not able to speak directly with one of the advisers that returned my e-mail. Busy holidays I suppose. Delivery was as promised (New Years Eve).
I phoned for information about the Cambridge Audio Azur 851A integrated amplifier. The lady who answered the phone was courteous and knowledgeable, but was unable to answer my questions about how this unit would work with my power hungry speakers. She put me on a brief hold while she consulted with the tech support and repair department. Had my answer in minutes, and contracted to purchase. Even though it was Wednesday of the week between Christmas and New Year's, I had my new toy by Friday. Love the Azur. It takes to place of an aged Bryston amp and preamp, and sounds wonderful!
I did a lot of research on which product would be best for Apple car play for my Honda. All signs pointed to the pioneer Nex serious. I can honestly say, it is better then I had anticipated! I would recommend this product to anyone!
Read all reviews for my needs on a Sound Bar. Klipsh has always been my favorite speaker, I have been to the factory. Ordered the Sound Bar and 2 days later had it installed and running within 5 minutes. Great Christmas present to myself. Fast, Easy and accurate order thru Crutchfield as always, and the price was in line to everywhere I looked. Great customer Company who cares!
Order arrived lightning quick. Following the directions given by Crutchfield I had the whole installation done in 25 minutes. Stereo sounds awesome and now my wife thinks I'm Superman. I will definitely be buying again for speakers.
Crutchfield has a great product. My dad has used it for years. I purchased a gift card online for Christmas for him and had to jump through hoops. Crutchfield wouldn't send me the gift card until I called and verified that I purchased it. Customer service hours were limited due to the holidays and it took a day or so to get through to have them deliver it to my e-mail. While I appreciate the extra security, my credit card company handles fraud just fine. However, the part that was the most frustrating was the rude customer service representative. He kept speaking over me and was very clearly trying to rush me through the call. He cut me off every time I started to speak and was condescending in nature. Eventually, he did send the gift card. It's a good thing my father trusts the product. If it was up to me, I wouldn't be back.
Ordered a bass box, 2 subwoofers, 1 amp and all of the components and it all arrived in 2 days. Perfect installation instructions. First class!
I ordered Bose headphones for daughter's b-day and received item on day they said it would arrive. I signed up for delivery alert and everything went well. I would certainly order from Crutchfield again... very easy to do business with.
On a separate note, I first did business with Crutchfield back in the late 70's or very early 80's and happy to see they are still in business & doing well.
The item I ordered was in stock and was at my home for Christmas. We were very happy with the service, product and delivery.
Answer: I've bought outlet item for many years now and never had an issue or even needed to return. I'm pretty sure you can return if not happy with it. It says it under the price after you click on that item I believe
