Everytime I shop with Crutchfield I can't help but think... Wow, this is a great experience. This time was no different. The help I received over the phone was friendly, consultative and accurate. In addition the customer service rep went the extra mile to advise me that I had a reward bonus from a previous purchase. He didn't have to do that... BUT that is how Crutchfield rolls... That is why I love when its time to buy some audio or video tech. I know I'm going to work with a store with an old school customer service and knowledge approach to their market. Oh, and their pricing, competitive with any other retailer out there (all the big guys and. Com's). So why not support a Virginia based company like this?
Great pioneer stereo and fast shipping! The stereo came with single din and wire harness that was free for my 99 Ranger. The only complaint I have is the stereo didn't fit the single din, luckily the old single din that was already installed in my truck did fit the pioneer stereo. No issues with the wire harness. The pioneer stereo looks and sounds great!

I purchased a z-series Nikon lens. Crutchfield had the item when none of the other camera supply houses did. The item was ordered on Thursday and shipped overnight for free and I had the item by Friday lunchtime (I live in TN). So, I can only say great things; the lens is exactly what I ordered and arrived well-packed in great condition. Would happily purchase from these guys again.

Product-the speaker produces rich warm spoken sound for movies and TV, which is what I was trying to achieve. So, I am happy with this product. As others have listed, the unit is quite large, so make sure you measure the area you are placing it in, weighs about 30 lbs. Very solid and well built. The unit has the ability to raise/lower the angle of the speaker to match the output to ear level depending on where you place it, this is a big plus, and works well for me. All in all, great product for the price, quick delivery, and outstanding service from Crutchfield.
