I can't believe how easy it was to get the exact stereo and installation kit for my trucks I will definitely use them again. All equipment was received on time and in perfect condition. 5 stars if there was a sixth they would get it.
Everything was great except for the generic install instructions. I have a 2013 Kia Sorent Ex with navigation and infinity sound system. The directions tell you to drill out the rivets holding the old speakers in, but there are no rivets, the speakers are bolted in and If I remember correctly can be removed ith an 11 mm socket. Did have to drill new holes for the install though because the speaker adapter from scooche didn't line up at all. Everything else was great though, will def buy again.
Didn"t get the cartridge yet but I feel confident buying from crutchfield and the people are knowledgeable.
I have to give Critchfield a lot of credit. My Kenwood Bluetooth stereo receiver was easy to install and came with all hardware and trim pieces I needed to install it. I have always thought Crutchfield was higher that other places but with what you get and the instructions that came with it I found they are comparable to others. Just to start i like that you can put your vehicle in and it gives you all things needed for your vehicle. Shipping was hands down super fast. Very informative. I ordered a radio for myself. Liked the service and fast shipping that I bought another radio for my wife vehicle. Would recommend and order from here again soon.
I ordered JBL wireless headphones for the husband. They work very well and were a good deal. Tina was very helpful and got me just what I wanted.
First Great support from the people who answer the phone. The Kenwood performs better then advertised. Installation in a 1999 Celica. My daughter had it mirroring her android cell phone before I had the dash put back. Sounds great. Controls are intuitive.
