Hands down the best company around! Not only do they set the standard in customer service, but they also have extremely fast shipping and if you have a question, there's a great chance you will talk to someone who knows what they are talking about instead of just selling you something! Sometimes you might catch a product cheaper on another site, but I know the customer service at Crutchfield makes up the difference! Crutchfield for life!

I was looking for a Bluetooth device to upgrade my 14-year-old Denon receiver which I have no intention of changing, as long as it continues to work. Crutchfield had the highly rated Audioengine B1 which is sold by several other competitors. However, based on my previous experience with Crutchfield and their reputation for providing excellent after-sale support, the decision to purchase here was easy. They promised three-day free shipping to Florida but my unit arrived in two days. So far I have been happy with my purchase. Setup was easy and I am now streaming some of my favorite jazz stations from up North which makes living in Florida's cultural wilderness a little more tolerable.

I was looking for a pair of book shelf speakers to aid in restoring my LP's and making CD's of them (I know, but I have 9000 LPs!) I wanted something clear, transparent and neutral, and Crutchfield's audio simulator helped me choose the ELAC Uni-Fi UB5 just as I was about to jump on the KLH Albany. It was a very hard choice, but ultimately the 3 way beat out the 2 way KLH for my purposes. The simulator is awfully good; the Elac are top notch and ACCURATE. My feeling is a speaker should reproduce the sound not color it excessively. Anyway, I will be back to Crutchfield when the need arises and the budget allows. (Speaking of which the Elacs were $175 less than the other place I looked at.(

Last week I was shopping online to find a new stereo for my 2007 Nissan Pathfinder. I came across Crutchfield and was able to find everything I needed from the wiring harness adapter to the stereo that fit my vehicle. I was emailed wiring instructions and instructions on how to take my dash apart. When my stereo arrived it only took me an hour to hook everything up and to put everything back together. I could not have been more satisfied with Crutchfield. They also included a phone number if I needed to call for any technical assistance, I would not hesitate if and when I need to purchase a new stereo for my vehicle I will only shop at Crutchfield.

I had a plan when I called, but had a few questions and Antonio was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to interact with my purchase on the computer. He had great suggestions and made the whole thing easy and painless! I ordered late on a Tuesday afternoon and my entire purchase with one exception was on my doorstep by noon the next day! The receiver is speciality item and had to be shipped from the manufacturer, so no harm there. I have used Crutchfield in the past and will continue to do so. Prices are competitive and the customer service and technical support are superior!

I was able to compare the head units I was interested in, make an informed decision, and then have the unit shipped to me quickly and with all the parts necessary to install it. They also have the terrific instruction sheets tailored to your vehicle. Good prices, good service. Always check Crutchfield first.
