I used their site to help winnow the candidates for a new receiver. Then when I decided, I ordered it and came right on time. Then a few days later I decided I needed new speakers and went through the same process. When I made my choice I ordered them. They were supposed to come a couple of days after the receiver but they didn't come then, they came the day before. Summing up, they provide good information to make selections and they deliver, on time.

As a customer of Crutchfield since the mid-90s, I have watch their sales process go from mostly catalog based, to now more web based. What hasn't changed is their great customer service and shipping. I just completed a very large order with them and had the products at my door in less than 3 days. I noticed my order, which was sent in two boxes, was sent UPS 2 Day Air for FREE! Plus, whenever I've returned anything to Crutchfield, they've never asked any questions and always promptly issued me a refund. For these reasons, I don't know why anyone would shop anywhere else. True, you may find products cheaper at other online vendor, but in my opinion, the more money you spend on electronics, the more you need to be buying from a reputable company who will stand behind their products and issue you a refund if you are not happy for any reason. This peace of mind is why I don't "price shop" at other online vendors and have been a consistent customer since 1996.

I've purchased stereos and speakers for various cars over the last ten years from Crutchfield. They have great prices, but what makes them the best is the support they give. You get free instructions that are available for any make and model which are detailed enough for anyone to follow and be successful. Most times the wiring harness is also free along with other accessories like trim or storage trays needed to complete a professional looking install. They also recommended appropriate tools you might need, such as trim pullers, to make the job easier. I research everything I buy and don't look anywhere else for car audio.

After years of growing up installing my own radios in my cars, I got old. It was time for me to install a new one in my Jeep. I hadn't done an install in 20 years. Was hesitant but didn't have a choice due to pandemic and others businesses refusing to do installs.

I knew Crutchfield would prewire it and make the process much easier. Boy was I impressed. Customer service explained everything and had everything at my house in 2 days. It came so fast that when GF told me I had a package, I assumed it was something else and that it couldn't be the head unit yet. Got home and to my shock it was the order from Crutchfield.

The install was super easy with the wiring harness. I had to worry about backup cameras and steering wheel controls. With the wiring harness, it was plug and play.

The install took me 30 minutes. I can't recommend Crutchfield higher than 5 stars or I would.

I'm a big fan of good sound either at home or in my car, and I have been drooling over ordering from Crutchfield since I can remember. Ordered a set of Memphis speakers for the doors and rear deck. The sound way better than what I had. But I still needed some thump so I ordered the Rockford Fosgate self powered sub, but in the midst of it getting here I suffered a heart attack. Thank GOD I got a second chance to still be around, and as soon as I'm well enough, I'm plugging that bad boy up and I'm gonna soothe my heart with some deep bass :)
