Recently on the market for SONOS speakers. I have to admit that I went to the SONOS website first but they were out to stock.
Me being the "immediate gratification" person, began my search. Crutchfield was the first hit and they DELIVERED!
Five minutes to order and a few days for the delivery to show up.

A very satisfying experience all round: a web site that provided all the information I needed to make a decision; a prompt delivery process with regular updates and a receiver that arrived in great condition. It was exactly as described and it was easily wired up and put into service, sounding good. Now if it lasts a lot longer than that steaming pile of Onkyo with its faulty DTS chip and dismissive customer service that I had to replace, I would consider it a perfect situation.
With literally everything available on Amazon, it is nice to see a site organized with nothing but music equipment.

Simple to use, constantly on. When you turn on your TV the sound bar is on, other sound bars you have to activate with the remote. I own 2 of these units. The team at Crutchfield is very helpful, they don't speak you in a condescending manner. I've never been spoken to as if I'm the "little woman".

I installed this radio MYSELF! It was more simple than I thought. The quality is great for the price! I have zero issues/co. Aints... except for the super brightness of the display buttons(power, volume, and USB). The screen brightness can be dimmed tho. Over all, I give this purchase 2 thumbs up!

I bought a set of kicker 43DSC3504 3.5 two way speakers for my Dash and they sound awesome a great upgrade from the factory speaker they also came with a free wiring harness to match the harness for my factory speakers thanks Crutchfield
First time ever Ive ordered from here. Well what can I say? The products were great. Shipping was really fast and packaged well and received undamaged. Eco friendly packing peanuts? I read on the box and had to try them out. They dissolve in water. Impressed cause I work in warehouse myself and normally hate those things. As far as their tech support? Absolutely great. I had to call the 800# as I had a issue and concern with the adapter plug and wiring cause I was not getting power. The tech on the phone was a little bit baffled also but patient and asked multiple questions and finally figured out why I was not getting power but never why connector didn't coincide with wiring diagrams both for product and factory wiring both showing another wire not present. I can only say nothing but great things about the company and will be using them again on my next project.

Answer: I've bought outlet item for many years now and never had an issue or even needed to return. I'm pretty sure you can return if not happy with it. It says it under the price after you click on that item I believe
