Great products, fast shipping, and overall satisfied, but my car stereo was supposed to come with everything needed to install for free, which is great, however it didn't come with the mount, and came with two trim plates instead.

BIG MISTAKE ODERING FROM CRUTCHFIELD. BEEN WAITING FOR 3 DAYS ON MY STUFF THAT THEY SAID WOULD BE DELIVERD BY A CERTAIN DATE. DECIDED TO INVESTIGATE AND FOUND OUT THEY CANCELED MY ORDER 7 DAYS AGO WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. MY MONEY IS STILL TIED UP NOW BECAUSE ITS GOT A HOLDER ON IT AND I CANT REORDER. THIS HAS THROWN MY WHOLE SCHEDULE OUT OF WACK WITH MY CLIENT. IVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANY TROUBLE ORDERING ONLINE TILL I TRIED CRUTCHFIELD. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR. I decided to upgrade my 2001 Chevy Tahoe with modern technology. I installed a touch screen receiver paired with satellite radio and a back up camera. When I ran into trouble connecting wires to my reverse trigger and my parking break. Crutchfield support was able to walk me through and help me find the correct wires to complete my install. I do have some experience installing car stereos. I will say the instructions/wiring guide made sense to me since I've had prior installation experience. However, if you've never installed a car stereo you might have an issue with the step by step instructions since they are basic. You might want to reference some YouTube videos prior to beginning just to get your feet wet. Ultimately I am very happy with my purchase and install.
FYI, for my 2001 Chevy Tahoe I purchased an Alpine iLX-W650 (fits easy without modification due to slim size). Paired with a SiriusXM SXV300V1 Tuner and a Boyo VTL 17ir. I also used the Metra 70-1858 receiver wiring harness and the Metra DP-3002B Dash Kit. (Will make your life much easier).
I normally would not need tech support, I was really glad I had it this time. After spending a lot of time on the phone with Eric selecting the right sound bar for my requirements, I felt his very knowledgeable recommendations were right on target. After receiving the Yamaha unit and mounting kit, the physical installation went well, but the HDMI connection refused to connect correctly. Both Eric and I were out of ideas when he included one of Crutchfield's tech support guys to the conversation. It seems there is an undocumented secret step that requires holding a button for over 5 seconds while initiating the system to make the TV and sound bar communicate correctly over the HDMI cable. Without that help we would have never figured that out.
97 svt cobra mustang. Metra dash kit for double din removes the a/c doors to shut off flow. Not a deal breaker. Pdf instructions are great, but they are limited to removal of radio and dash. This car has the mach audio system from factory and is a little more involved wiring because of factory amps. All and all great fit and I have the resources for wiring diagrams.
I thought I was stuck with a 12 year old OEM car radio that was dead. Got a nice Sony receiver, mount kit and harness kit that worked beautifully. Was able to marry with existing JBL speakers, subwoofer and amp so it was a seamless and inexpensive replacement. Very happy!
I have bought 3 receivers and speakers from Crutchfields and the customer service was great every time I talked to them. When I had a problem with a receiver that I installed in my grandson's car They so helpful in getting a replacement sent out right away. I will always use Crutchfield for my stereo needs.

The speakers are great and the inclusion of wiring adapters was greatly appreciated. The included mounting brackets didn't fit, but aside from that, the install was quick and easy. Should have upgraded years ago.
I went on-line looking for some much needed up-to date sound equipment for my wife's new (10 year old) Camry. Starting with the "A's" I worked my way down until I got to Crutchfield. All of the rest just were a list of items for sale, except for Crutchfield's. Almost immediately I was put in contact with the most knowledgeable online salesperson that I had ever experienced. He was capable of showing me, both up and down what would work together to produce just what we wanted. NO worrying about compatibility or a surprise price in the end. My custom order, just for her car, in less than a week, complete with detailed instructions that included all the necessary photos!
This was just the product I needed and the delivery time was fantastic. I had one issue that required customer service, but that went so smoothly that I thought I must have missed something. I've never experienced such wonderful customer service! This was one of the best transactions I've had with any company in many, many years.
Speakers wouldn't fit in the kit they sent me. I called and was told to cut all tabs out of kit. I did just that. The speaker then fit inside the kit, but none of the screw holes lined up with the speaker, the kit was still to small. Speakers work great, but I think maybe they sent me the wrong kit.
They worked good, and I was very surprised when I received them to find out they not only sent me the speakers, they also supplied size adapters, and pigtails with the exact electrical connectors for my model.

First of all, CRUTCHFIELD, you are FREAKIN AWESOME! From the time I ordered and from the time received my radio, it was two days. I received my than enough equipment to install and complete my radio installation. The only thing I didn't install was the reverse camera, and that was due to I'm planning on moving the tag plate to a different location. My radio is an awesome investment and I can't wait to start blaring it down the road. Thank You again CRUTCHFIELD, stay CLASSY!
Answer: I've bought outlet item for many years now and never had an issue or even needed to return. I'm pretty sure you can return if not happy with it. It says it under the price after you click on that item I believe
