Unrivaled Excellence

Crutchfield is without a doubt the most helpful place, especially for car audio. I've used them several times and am always pleased with the level of knowledge and expertise the representatives show. I always have a ton of questions about the products I'm looking at and they take the time to explain everything. If you don't want to talk to someone, they have tons of useful guides on the website too. The representatives I have spoken with have never been pushy or rude and have always gone out of their way to help. The selection is incredible and once you've made a purchase, they send wiring diagrams and everything you need to get your job done accurately the first time. I'll never shop anywhere else for car audio as long as Crutchfield is around.

Very buying experience has been easy. The support was amazing, I installed my own head unit, Sirius radio, rear camera and speakers with their help. Their guidance to which components to buy were excellent. I do my research and I am thoroughly satisfied with every aspect or Crutchfield.

Crutchfield notified me that the Bluray player I was interested in was on sale. When I saw the price, I jumped on the deal. Crutchfield shipped my Bluray player for free in two days. Upon receipt of the player I immediately installed it and have been enjoying it since.

Great shopping experience

I bought a pair of KEF Q150 speakers, this is my second purchase from Crutchfield and it was shipped promptly. Price was half off. What's not to like. I had no need to consult with anyone, but if I did, I have no doubts that they would be anything but helpful in answering any questions I might have. Would not hesitate to purchase from Crutchfield in the future.

Everything all at once!

I wanted to replace an OLD receiver in my even older (2002) Jetta for some new features. I found a very reasonably priced receiver (no sense spending more than the car's worth, which isn't much) with all the features I was looking for and was provided with the wiring adapter and VW specific removal tools as a bonus. All I had to do was connect the receiver harness to the VW adapter harness (soldered and heat shrink) and plug it in. This was the easy part. Now taking apart a 20 year old beater's dash without splintering it will be the challenge, but the radio is ready to go!

Enjoyed the head and Iva 450 piggy back 8 out of 10 For Install and performance.
Cons are You guessed it access of settings hook-up to parking. Overkill boarder line Hokey!
Install metra dash kit clips are inferior creates a loose fit! Better be creative

Bought 6 new speakers for my Chevy express conversion van. Product was great. Received installation instructions.
Shipping with UPS was two days as promised. I recommend Crutchfield. I will be shopping them for my electronic products.

Crutchfield's website is an excellent shopping location for electronics. The search functions well and it's organized to find what I need. The biggest differentiator is the product reviews by their staff and the more detailed product descriptions/specifications. I find more about the products here than any other site. Plus, their how-to guides are an excellent resource.

No specific Instructions

I received no instructions on how to install for my specific vehicle. I feel like am am on my own. Yes I can schedule an appointment to get help. That's stupid... I have a job myself and was planning to install radio on the weekend. I HOPE everything is included for this install. I am youtubing it and am forced to download and flash equipment to make it work. NO INSTRUCTIONS but good equipment. I hope I don't have to pay to have this installed as that is why I was installing it to save money. I am not impressed... just depressed after NOT getting specifics instructions for my vehicle install.

I contacted their customer service rep Trish for help with a technical question for a product that wasn't even theirs. Between Trish and their technical group their were able to diagnose the problem with my 20 year old Bose system, which took us over 30-45 minutes to do so, never feeling rushed while they worked on it. The results ended up with me retiring the Bose system.
Trish then helped me find components for my style of listening to replace the system, and unlike other companies I've worked with, she didn't try and sell me the most expensive products. She listened to what I had to say and matched the system to work best for our preferences and rooms size.
The products arrived packaged perfectly, on time and they were exactly what we needed to replace our old system.
We couldn't be happier with the results of our experience with Crutchfield
