My husband and I ordered an 65" LG OLED CX TV from Crutchfield. They were the only store around with the exact TV we wanted, yet their price was competitive. The phone call ordering process was easy, the telephone rep professional, courteous and helpful. We did have a problem scheduling our delivery from UPS Freight on the day promised, but I called Crutchfield and Jamie resolved it quickly. She was understanding on the phone and went out of her way to get the TV delivered promptly. I appreciate her service and that of AnneMarie who I checked in with the next day. Both Jamie and AnneMarie were courteous, professional and helpful. Thank you all -- I love my new TV!

Got these on a Black Friday deal. Just put them in a couple weekends after, and I love the sound these things produce. The only and I mean only pain in the butt was the holes didn't line up just right so I had to widen a couple out with a file. Wasn't bad though! Crutchfield makes this too easy.

The contact person Eric was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Unbelievably the TV arrived in 3 days from the east coast to Hawaii! Everything was there and with the help of my technologically experienced nephew, we had it all set up in@ 90 minutes. I couldn't be happier with the TV, sound bar, sub-woofer and all in 1 box. Haven't had to use tech support yet but plan to soon to better understand how the wand works. Anyway a wonderful experience and product!

This is a perfect solution if you want to add Bluetooth capability but don't want to go the less than perfect FM modulation route. Works perfectly and was not all that difficult to install. I mounted in on the top of a storage shelf below the a/c controls with 2 sided tape. I now not only have Bluetooth but a USB port to charge my phone. The blue indicator light was too bright for me at night so I fashioned a cover for it using a small red cap and a dab of silicon. Couldn't be happier!
