Cambridge Audio D/A Streamer + new Mac mini, Roon, HD Tracks and massive cd library. Through HiFiman headphones (condo living), a much better world. Crutchfield was an invaluable source of information. Purchase / shipping was smooth as well. Unlike other vendors over the years, Crutchfield is always straight on what is available and when.

I liked how the Crutchfield supplies (emailed) instructions were easy to follow and included how everything supplied was to be connected, taking the guess work out. I installed a Sony AX5000 receiver using a Metra 95-6511 Dash Kit, PAC RP4-CH11 Wiring Interface, Metra 40-EU10 Antenna Adapter, and a Metra AX-USB-MINIB USB Port Cable, which were all recommended for installation. Instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. There were no instructions for installing the AX-USB_Minib USP Port Cable so I had to find a YouTube video to watch. Turns out it gets installed from the mini USB coming out of the old UConnect module under the Heater/AC controls. I had to update the firmware on the receiver, install Android Audio app on my phone and everything worked.
Very satisfied with the performance of Crutchfield network cables. Crutchfield adviser help me choose better items. Also, the shipment, delivery was fast.
I feel the retro sound radios are Good units, although for the price you should not have to assemble. They should come fully assembled.

I searched the internet and many different sites for a good price. I have been a Crutchfield customer in the past, so I looked at their site and they matched the lowest price I could find. I placed my order late in the afternoon (around 3:30PM EST) and they said it would ship that day. I got a confirmation later that evening with a tracking number. I was shocked that it actually arrived the next day mid-afternoon! And shipping is free with Crutchfield. I have used their support several times in the past and they are responsive, knowledgeable and courteous. I am alos impressed that this place is VERY FREQUENTLY at or below lowest price. I highly recommend you put Crutchfield on your list of places to always check!

I have used Crutchfield for many years to purchase car audio products. They ship quickly, provide all necessary installation instructions and provide free installation gear for most applications. I have installed car audio for the better part of 30 years so I never had the need to contact tech support. My most recent project is a used car for my daughter who starts driving soon. Answer: I've bought outlet item for many years now and never had an issue or even needed to return. I'm pretty sure you can return if not happy with it. It says it under the price after you click on that item I believe
