I purchased this "ottoman" cover for my chaise lounge. My chaise doesn't have arms so I was seeking a cover that provide protection when the back was down. I selected Cover Max as the fabric and elastic at bottom for a tie down. This cover is well well made and easy to put on and take off. The turn around time was quicker than I expected and I received the cover before the stated delivery date.
Excellent straight forward process for customers ordering. Designers are detail oriented. After reviewing your photo of the furniture that you submit, they will request additional dimensions to make it just right.

The covers from this company are not water proof! It's also confirmed on their FAQs part of their website. They caused £1,000 worth of damage to my outdoor furniture, when confront, they just said they do not guarantee that the covers are water proof. What an earth is the point of their covers?
We are now looking at a legal route with Covers and All. I would avoid this company. They warranty doesn't mean anything, as they don't cover damage via rain etc. They also don't cover their stitching or anything like that. Just useless promises on a cover which isn't water proof.
My measurements were incorrect and they caught it and guided me through the correction They did a great job and it is well made and looks like it will last a long time the price was right and I got to pick the color. Very satisfied.

Your order was placed on 8 May with Free Shipping for delivery by 27 May. Due to unanticipated issues in production your order was shipped 4 days late and delivered on 1 June - just over 3 weeks.
