I ordered a Cover Max for my Pride Mobility Go Go Sport 3-wheel scooter. There were quite a few email exchanges of measurements etc with Custom Covers to make sure the cover supplied would work. It arrived within the delivery times stated and fits fine. Haven't had a chance to test it's water resistance yet though, which was the main reason for buying the product from Custom Covers; fingers crossed!

8/12/21 today just received the items I called customer service and they told me I had to take a picture they send me the wrong items and I told them it was too short and small I have large kennel for what I measure the size i received was 24 long 24 x w 3feet tall which this is my measurement. 36xLong 24xh 23.2x w

Great if you need a custom fit. However, the order we submitted was for two of the same measurements but for opposite curved couches (arms on opposite sides) and what we received was two left side covers). Raised a ticket and hoping for resolution. Otherwise, fast shipping and good process.

The cover is meant for my specific Weber Summit Grill but doesnt fit properly over the grill handle in front.

Per your order confirmation email, the postal code entered while placing the order was 98982. Your order was dispatched to this address on 3 August. Upon receiving the corrected code from you on 5 August, we immediately emailed our account manager at FedEx. With packages that are already in transit, a reroute is not guaranteed due to the shipping carrier's operational constraints.
However, per the tracking page, it was delivered successfully on 9 August. Note that the promised delivery date on your order was 10 August.

I have an older semi commercial walk behind. I submitted dimensions and got them wrong which they spotted and asked me to remeasure and then again because of questions raised by my photo's. The cover is fabulous. I bought the cheapest one which is amazingly heavy duty. The W... r grill cover I recently bought for not much less came with unstiched leaky seams and I know from experience has a two year life span. This is the place. PS. The lightest one is heavy and must be durable. Measure every dimension you can think of and add it to their generic format unless you have a unit they know,

Regrettably, the first email from your registered email address that we are able to locate was on 18 August. We understand your concern is that you were provided grommets in the corners only whereas you were expecting them to be placed every 6 inches.
Per your order confirmation email, the only instruction on your order is "grommet only". There is no note requesting specific grommet placement, so per our default process grommets were applied in the four corners.
