Easy to order. Custom made heavy duty cover fits my need. Perfect fit. Specifically ordered to protect outdoor table from Chicago winter. True test will come this winter however I'm confident it will do the job!
I wasn't sure what it would be like to try to order custom covers, but the entire process was very easy and straight-forward. I even realized I chose the wrong side for my zipper (2 minutes after submitting it, of course), so used the chat function and the order was fixed. Everything came together perfectly and my order arrived a week ahead of schedule!
I was concerned about my order after placing it online, so the next day I phoned and talked live to a guy there... he said no worries, because everything is warrantied... well warrantied "my behind"... because when I phoned them after receiving the incorrect product, I phoned, and the guy said he could do nothing about because I ordered the wrong product... From your last conversation with our support team we understand that you are dissatisfied because your cover does not have zippers and you were looking for enclosed cushion covers with a zipper. However, per your order confirmation email the product selected is Custom Cover and zipper was not selected as a tie down on your order. For cushion covers we have a separate product page:

We certainly stand by our warranty when we make an error or when the material fails to function. Understandably, considering the amount of work and material that go into making each cover, we feel it is fair that a replacement be authorized only in case there has been an error in fabricating the cover. Additionally, since each cover is custom made to the size you order, we cannot accept returns as we do not stock any covers.
Regrettably, we are unable to locate any email from your registered email address about this issue. For now, we are assigning your concern to our escalations team who will investigate this and contact you with a resolution within 48 hours. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

These guys give you the chance to correct things before they build unit which is really the only way to do this and not ending up dissatisfied with something that does not fit well.

I'm very satisfied with Covers & All. I received my cover sooner than expected and will use them in the future and recommend to family and friends.
Cover is a bit too large but will surely protect the helm and keep it clean.
After looking at a photo I uploaded, they contacted me for more information, noticing a feature I missed which made a difference in fabrication. I also spoke with them on the phone and got exceptional service. The custom cover fits perfectly and the quality is exceptional. I could not be happier.

Thanks for fixing the payment methods. The covers fit perfectly & were so easy to put the cushions in. The covers are exactly as described on the site - thick & sturdy. Having dogs & kids on the furniture makes that a must. I will be ordering more for the rest of my outdoor furniture as soon as I get new cushions made. If u are looking for good quality material and stitching, you will be very satisfied with covers and all.
