Exactly what I was looking for! The one thing I should have done differently was not ignoring your advice about the extra length of the sides. Although I am very pleased with the cover, I should have added a couple inches more to the sides for additional under table tuck.

I ordered covers for my patio furniture. The zipper came sewn on the side instead of hidden in the back like I requested. And despite my exact measurements the covers are baggy and wrinkled I have called now five times to try and figure out how to re-order them correctly and I keep getting emails from the customer feedback team simply saying they are sorry for the inconvenience. I am very disappointed.

Ordering was easy after I got the measuring down. Covers & All sent a drawing of my sectional which made it easy to verify the size and make changes if necessary. It fits great and the material is thick. I expect it to last for many years.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. I ordered cushion covers for my outdoor patio set. The website was easy to navigate. The customer service was also very helpful. They noticed that the top cushions were not exactly square so they created a drawing to verify the measurements before completing the covers. The price was also very affordable.

I had several challenges with Covers and All. First of all, I learned that their online tool for determining size and price is not accurate. Since their tool didn't accommodate our Camp Chef Woodwind 36 pellet smoker, I had to provide pics and verify measurements via email. The initial measurements that were provided in their tool provided the lowest cost. When I provided the requested measurements, the cost increased and by the time the measurements were finalized, the price had increased again. The final cost was nearly 20% higher than the original quote from their online tool. Reluctantly, I moved forward.
The first cover I received for our smoker had fantastic build quality and the fabric felt very durable. However, the measurements were way off and it sagged everywhere and did not fit like a custom cover should fit. After we exchanged a few emails (with pics), they offered to try again. More measurements were provided and confirmed. In total, there were probably 6 requests for verified measurements, which all take time. I provided exacting measurements for everything they requested.
I just received the second cover and it fits nearly identical or worse than the original. So I've got $130 into 2 covers that look like a tarp was thrown over the smoker.
I really wanted this cover to fit and fit well. I honestly think their design process is the problem. The fabric can't accommodate the right angles that align to the measurements that were requested and provided, so that lack of rigidity causes sagging everywhere. When you have one piece that sags, it can still work and look decent. However, when every piece has some sag in it, the cumulative sagging is far more evident. For example, the vertical measurements between the top of the smoker and the top of the shelf/pellet box were provided, which is needed for sure, but then to put a piece of fabric there (vertically) and expect it to remain vertical and not sag is attempting to defy gravity. It just doesn't work. I think my smoker provides too many opportunities for vertical sagging to occur and that's what you see with my cover.
If you do decide to use Covers and All, keep in mind that the cost you were initially quoted will likely not be what you actually pay when it ships from India. In my case, the increase was ~20%. Also, take a good look at what you are trying to cover. If there are more than just one or two vertical measurements (besides the overall height) be wary of the sagging phenomena that you will likely experience which causes an overall sloppy look.
I've requested a refund, which I'm unlikely to receive however I'm hoping that my experience will help someone else and at least establish realistic expectations. I've attempted to reach out to Covers and All but I have not received a reply to my contact request.
