Sent in the dimensions and a picture. Covers&all quickly noticed that I had a bench on one side rather than chairs. A few back and two on the web site to make sure the dimensions were all present and correct. The cover arrived quickly and appears well made. Would definitely recommend.

I learned I need to be very specific on the fit and I need request a final drawing.
I sent a photo and comments of my Hatteres Hammock swing along with the initial order. I sent all the measurements that they asked for. They even asked for more, so I sent them along with additional photos. The cover was made for a regular swing. When I told them it didn't fit my swing they asked for an additional measurement and told me that it was my fault that the cover didn't fit. I'm not sure why they just didn't ask for this measurement in the first place. All they had to do is look at the photo and my original order stating that it was a hammock swing, to know it wasn't a standard swing.

The customer service from Covers & All is excellent and made the process easy. I received a diagram of the sail very quickly after sending my order. When I asked a question about the shape, the corrected design was sent within an hour. I paid extra for expedited service; when the delivery was several days later than expected, I asked for a refund of the expedited shipping payment. Covers & All responded promptly and I received the refund within a day. Communication with this company is easy and fast. Most importantly we are very happy with the finished product!

Terrible, outsourced customer service. I would NEVER order from them again. The website is difficult and frustrating to use and NOT clear at all. I ended up messing up my order because of this and they REFUSED to do ANYTHING. The website listed (and pictured) CURTAINS with grommets to hang them. You assume CURTAINS hang, right? I had no idea I had to specify to add grommets (as they were on the PICTURED product) and "somehow " missed the part on the order form where I needed to do that. (Yet, I have bought hundreds of items online without this problem!) IT NEEDS TO BE MORE CLEAR AND USER FRIENDLY. I can surely understand why this company has only 1 star on the Better Business Bureau rating.
