I've dealt with the salesman before. I don't remember his name but he was very professional. The software used is easy to use to give the design team the appropriate measurements. These tough black covers can't be beat. I've had to replace many covers regularly from other companies and although they were less expensive they never last more than 3-5 years. These cost more but they are custom made, last a long time while looking new, and are worth it.

I miss typed my dimensions and a the support staff helped me get it sorted out immediately. Helped me update my order I already place. The product it's self is amazing. Wonderful quality, i oversized my dimension a bit so in all honesty I will probably get some new ones soon. 10/10 experience.

My porch cushions (which I never liked) now look fabulous! A couple of pillows supply the finishing touch. These cushion covers fit perfectly. Service was prompt. I can tell these covers are durable. Good strong zippers too. Thank you Covers and All!

Everything about this was really good. Directions were for dimensions to give we're fairly easy. Didn't take that long for a custom cover and it really fits well. I can't wait to have something else I need covered

Great product. Perfect fit. Exactly as described. Reasonably priced. Ordered Jan 27. Arrived Feb 10. Got a little concerned when I got the notification it was shipping from India. But I guess, that is how they keep the price down. Workmanship was excellent. True to size. Material was better than what I was being offered through my regular online vendor, who offeres prime 2-day shipping.
Despite this, if I ever need another crate cover...I'd use them again.

Very happy with these custom made covers. Especially love the option of zipper on two sides to make putting them on easier. I opted for the economy material to see how well I liked them, and they are very well made. I would not hesitate to order the "name brand" fabric next time. These were a lifesaver because my cushions were not a standard size and I was unable to find anyone that sold the cheap premade ones in the sizes I needed. These were much better quality also, they have zippers and not elastics to put them on with and they fit the entire cushion so that you can flip them. I could have done a better job measuring for the back cushions but they still look great. I will be interested to see how this material holds up in the Florida heat over time. They are under a covered porch but it still gets some sun and rain. I can tell that this material sheds water nicely. The only downside was that there was a limited color selection for the economy material.
