We went back and forth over and over with measurements on our custom kitchen island cover and when it arrived the zippers opened from back to front, not front to back like in our photo mock ups. As I didn't open the cover right away to check it, the company says they will not assist us in making things right. They say it is a custom order and no good to them. It was a custom order and is no good to us either in its non functioning condition.we are currently waiting on the company to make and send a new one. Will update review.
The cover was shipped requiring signature. This is strange as it is low value. I travel for business and could not received the cover. It has been more than two weeke since the missed delivery and still the cover is not scheduled for shipping. More than two weeks and they cannot provide me the tracking info. I placed the order August 31st.

The phone help was very helpful to determine whether the product would work. The mock up that was sent to me was spot on and I was able to tweak the dimensions, particularly where and length of the slit I needed. I was very pleased with the cover.

The system glitched twice when I was ordering and on the third try it changed the color back to black instead of gray and I wanted tiestrings and those fell off. They gave me a slight discount but would not remake the cover so I have a cover I don't really want
