The ordering of the sun shade was a little bit convoluted, as I walked through the process with a representative on line (the texting feature). After we had discussed and reviewed the order in detail, and I went back and provided more information and measurements, it turned out that I had to do my own data entry through the order form anyway (I thought the rep was doing that!) But it was OK, since now having walked through it I had all the information in hand. The real good part of this experience was that I got an email asking me to confirm a few things, and in conversation with the follow up person I realized that they had NOT gotten things quite right (my sun cover was a weird shape) and we went back over it again, and I straightened that out. So a second follow up email and discussion was had, and I gave the go-ahead. The product arrived in good shape, I've measured it on the floor and confirmed that it came out right. My only hesitation at giving five stars at this point is that I haven't installed the sun cover (won't until better weather arrives) so I can't really give the product a review until it's "in service", can I?

I have made two purchases. One for my fire pit and the other for my outdoor dinning table. Both orders were built to perfection. In fact, your company goes to great lengths to insure the covers are built to exact specs. I could not be more pleased with the quality and the options that are available for upgrades.
It seems like whoever I talked to could not make a decision and had to get back to me I was trying to do something creative with a Weather curtain but could not relay the dimensions and information of what I wanted to do with anybody over the phone. I did receive calls back but after much frustration I decided to just order a rectangular clear weather curtain.

The covers did not fit the pillows. The zipper used on one set of pillow covers took an inch off the required opening for the pillow. I had to reconstruct the covers (2) in order to use them.
These are great! I measured the back pillows wrong so they are way too big, but that is my fault. I will likely order two more and make dog beds out of my oops. The seat cushion covers fit perfectly and the material is great!
