Their planning team took my measurements and sent me a proper elevation draft with specific requests to re-measure as it looked odd to them. I ordered a pad for the seating in front of my fireplace. The shape and dimensions of the seating are irregular but they got it right. But the fabric was not what I expected. It's an outdoor type of fabric and not interior type so it doesn't look right VHT.
