We've ordered a cushion cover. There's a 6-8 week delay, and that's OK. But apparently this All-American company sources out its product to India. At least that's what the FedEx tracking shows. We'll see about the quality of the product when it arrives, but you'd think that this type of service could be done in country.
Customer service has indicated my cover was fabricated a week ago and the estimated delivery date is June 14 but when I call customer service they keep saying they will be shipping and will send tracking to my email but has not happened.
I can't check it on their site because they did not connect my order to my account.
Yesterday they said I would have it June 16 but last week they said once it ships from India it will take 4 to 5 business days to get here.
I have had other issues with them getting to this point but I just want my cover.

I purchased a cover for my pool table. It arrived jammed in a small envelope. I was happy with the cover except it was very wrinkled. I thought the wrinkles would iron out once on the table for a while. Now weeks after it is still wrinkled and looks like a cheap $10 plastic cover. I have tried email, chat, and phone calls. I've had no response as they don't answer any attempt to contact. Not a bad product but you're out of luck if you need help after the sale. I would not recommend.

I needed a cover for my L-shaped outdoor furniture, but couldn't find anything on Amazon or other sites that would fit my setup. I found Covers&All on a search and since I could design exactly the shape/size I needed...I submitted my order(along with a photo of my setup) for a very reasonable price.
I was nervous it might not turn out well, but felt better when they had 2 follow-up questions asking for even more detailed measurements. The end result was WAY better than I ever expected...it fit my furniture like a glove, yet is still easy to put on/off. I would highly recommend ordering a custom cover from here (be sure to include a photo)...you won't regret it!
A recent purchase of an outdoor patio furniture set revealed mildew stains on the cushion covers. Having used Covers and All for business I knew how resourceful they would be.
The covers are everything I hoped for and really revitalise the furniture.
I thought I was dealing with a Canadian company but now I am not sure this is accurate. My order came from India. It was shipped to the wrong address. I called to revise the address and i was told your Fedex team will take care of it. And guess what happened? They didn't!
Fedex is the most unreliable carrier.
It went to the neighbor and he claim he didn't receive anything.

Really easy to order, and was glad a custom order was available! They had a green egg table setup. Just adjust the dimensions for your table. They will ask you to review a final drawing based on your measurements. Very professional. Glad to have found them!
The process was very long. There was a problem with the dimensions that I provided v the software. The software seemed to be rejecting the dimensions that were provided. Your team was persistent in getting a resolution. I am pleased with the end product.

Did what was asked. Measured and purchased. Your company took my money before my covers were shipped, I could never speak to anyone as I was hung up on numerous times, could not chat and felt ripped off. My purchase was delayed 2 weeks. Finally received and they were not close to fitting.

Glad I found your company on a web search. There was nothing else available for my application.
I ordered a firepit cover in April. The company said they just needed a diameter and height of my firepit. I provided both. I even paid an extra $12 later that they added to the $39 cost due to the custom size and details. They made the cover and it was too small. It could not fit over the firepit. Months went buy as I went back and forth with this company's customer service. They made me redo the diameter and it was the exact same as the one provided (26"). I sent pictures of the measurement. They said it mustn't be round. They then asked for the circumference which I provided (86 1/2"). They continued to say that the diameter was incorrect. The pictures show the measurements. I have no respect for a company that is not honest. I did everything they wanted and still they won't acknowledge that the error is not my fault. If they needed the circumference measurement to make the cover the correct size then they should have asked for that to do the order correctly from the beginning. My advice is go to a dealer that is honest.

The whole experience was great. We have a half moon outdoor sofa with a table in the middle. The cover fits this odd shaped sofa perfectly! We worked with staff on measurements and they nailed it!
