This company does NOT stand behind its defective products. I purchased a $300 extra large custom BBQ cover which came with no zippers thereby making non-functional and completely impossible to take on/off the BBQ. As a result, the cover ripped and the company REFUSES to provide a refund/replacement because I did not report the problem within 7 days. If you want to use your cover for more than 7 days, you may want to look elsewhere. I would have given zero stars if that was an option

I was initially concerned that the because of the different curvature of the furniture would make it difficult to cover. Because of the many design options available the new covers fit perfectly and look great!

The process was very straightforward for providing measurements and pictures. Email correspondence worked great when they had questions and wanted us to confirm measurements. It is a quality cover and great fit for our furniture. We forgot to select the color we wanted, so we got it in black - which is still nice, but probably the only thing I would change!
I ordered a custom sail to specific dimensions and the final product was exactly as ordered.

I ordered a COVER for my winch that mounts on my trailer. I sent in pictures you asked for, plus the measurements. A few days later I got an email asking me to confirm my measurements. I did. When I received my order it was 3" wider and 1" longer than I asked for. Now I have a very sloppy cover that will not stay on when traveling. I am very disappointed to find out its make in India not the USA. Its looks nice, sewed nice, made out of nice material but not the size I ordered. I now have a worthless cover.I will never order from them again and you should not either.
