It is a great over cover for the thermal jacuzzi cover to protect it from the UV deterioration. The fit is decent, the quality is good...seems more stout than the fabric used for the jacuzzi cover.

While the workmanship on the covers I bought is excellent (Cover Tuff for 2 Chairs & 1 sectional Sofa), the sizing is tight on the chairs and impossibly tight on the sofa. This is despite measuring the units perfectly. I expected them to honour their "we add up to 2" leeway" direction on the ordering process, however they didn't (or I guess the misleading bit is "up to", which in my case equalled 1/4" on an almost 2mtr cover - hopeless!)
The sofa cover simply doesn't fit, and when I went back to Customer Service, they sent me a long list of videos and pictures they wanted to "investigate" the situation. Despite it being absolutely obvious that they had not allowed enough leeway, rendering the cover useless, they "offered" me a 20% discount to re-order another one, when it was their fault! Insult to injury.
I've now chased CS several times for an acceptable remedy and they ignore me.

I needed a cover for my disability scooter control panel, and didn't know what to do. The company doesn't make one so I needed a custom designed one, but had no idea where to get one. I found Covers & All and went to their site. Their exchange system was immediately responded to - by a human! A bit later, many exchanges and stuff like that and it was ordered. I got it about a week ago, and it's PERFECT! So much so that I'm going to order a second!
I ordered a table cover, paid for expedited delivery and the company changed the date without telling me. It's supposedly coming 8-days late. Don't waste your time trying to call or chat with these idiots because they'll ignore you. Go somewhere else for covers.
Update: I complained on multiple social media platforms which finally got the attention of Covers & All customer service. They apologized for the awful customer service and refunded my expedited shipping fee which is all I wanted in the first place.

Wow, i have had the worst experience. I ordered 3 cushion covers (needed 13 but wanted to make sure they fit first) in sky blue. They were delivered a week late. Quality and fit was great so I went to order the other 10 to complete my outdoor couch and they were out of sky blue! I spoke to customer service and they said they dont have sky blue anymore. I went ahead and ordered all 13 cushions in charcoal gray. I contacted customer service several times and even created a ticket to escalate my request for a refund on the initial 3 covers since I could no longer use them in sky blue since they wouldnt match. The company REFUSED to refund me the $49 dollars. THEN, I get an email that SKY BLUE IS BACK IN STOCK. I could scream! BEWARE, this is all based out of INDIA somewhere, NOT GEORGIA. I filed a claim with my credit card company to get the $49 back. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! They offered my 15% off my next order, but if you go to their website 30% off is plastered everywhere. Everything is a joke about this company.

The covers are great, I am very happy with how they fit. My issue is with the time, it took 30 days from when I ordered to when I received my covers. They ship from India and that is a problem. Also, the customer service is in India and it is poor. Often, the recording says, "we are too busy, use the website chat feature, and hangs up on you." The website chat feature is even worse, it could take 20 minutes before your chat even gets a reply and each line of conversation is painfully slow. When you do get them on the phone, there is a language and accent barrier. Again, the product is great, All other aspects of the ordering process are slow, distant and frustrating.

DISCLAIMER - I have not received my products yet - however they have been shipped. THIS IS A COMPANY REVIEW ONLY So I am writing this after some contact with customer service and issues with my order (duplicate order). ONCE I was able to get a hold of someone. It was a 4hr ordeal. I was on the phone speaking to a cs agent (twice) and was disconnected BOTH TIMES - THEY DID NOT CALL ME BACK - yet they called me to initaite the call because I had left a "call back" option when I called them so they had my phone number, order number, and all my info. Anyway, this happened twice. I sent an email. By the end of the day they did get one of my orders canceled (thank God).
Today, I finally get an email that my order has shipped (I was supposed to have it today) Oh well - what can you do, right? So I plugged in the tracking number - - - - Guess where it is shipping from? INDIA!
They show on their website they are located in Suwanee, GA. I am just tired of companies misleading us (me).
Please be aware that if you think you are supporting a USA (or in some cases local) companies you may not be.

My order was delayed with no notification from the company, then, the next date promised passed, and yet the third date passed and customer service would not give an answer for the delay, but kept promising new dates all which did not happen
