Excellent product with great phone support
I ordered a round fire pit cover and it's great! Worked great in the last 2 rain storms and it's easy to put on.
My other round cover was slightly different and customer service was great about all the measurements. But when I got it I don't think it had any special fittings! Plus it doesn't fit. I felt if they just left it alone like my first one it would have worked.
Very sturdy product that should hold up for years to come and is still light enough for my 6 year old to take on and off himself when he wants to play in his sandbox. The measurements were slightly off by a quarter to half inch from what was requested but good enough to work and fit. It was a bit of a complex fit too, so I'm just happy to find a place that would provide a custom cut.
