The website clearly states in the FAQ section that "All standard size orders are shipped same day form our Lawrenceville Ga warehouse. Most of the custom and personalize orders take 24 to 48 hours in production and depending on the shipping method, can we delivered in 2 to 10 business days."
However, I placed my order on May 25th and did not receive my order until June 19th. That is 25 days.
Secondly, my covers were shipped from India, not from Lawrencevill Ga. Which once again the website states it would be shipped from. I was under the impression that I would've gotten my cover sooner rather than later. This is false advertising, misleading, and a misrepresentation. This resulted in my patio furnitures being exposed to the elements (rain and sun)
Secondly, Your "welcome offer" is completely false in offering a 20% discount as it only applies to custom orders. Again a misleading representation.
Thirdly, your responses to my two emails took almost two weeks to get back to me. This is just poor customer service.
I am very happy with the quality of the covers. But the sizes that were sent to be didn't work for me.

Ordering an unusual sized cover was fairly simple using the website, but I was surprised at the number of weeks the cover took to arrive, I believe, from India. Also, the cord used to tie off the bottom of the cover is of a very poor quality, and snapped off immediately upon first use.

Don't call them after you purchase if you have questions there's nobody home anywhere but the sales line.
My first order gave me an error message saying that no shipping method had been chosen and it looked like the order did not go through. So, I tried placing the order again and ended up with 2 orders. Other than that glitch on the web site, ordering was very easy. I did e-mail customer service to notify them that the 2nd duplicate order needs to be cancelled. Although the web site had a glitch, the product received was exactly what I hoped for and I'm happy with the quality and fit.

Great cover for my smokeless firepit. It seems like it will last a long time.
Live in the Denver metro area. Bought these, got them in the timeframe they said. We had an unusually wet June. Got these on May 31, they fit well, then it proceeded to rain and rain and rain. But, those days when the sun came out, took the covers off and everything was completely dry (bought the "tuff" version). Well worth it and plan on these protecting our new outdoor furniture for years to come, both from sun & rain (& snow). One more thing - had a tornado a mile from our house, with a another funnel above our house (not tornado wind speeds). I never used the tie downs on the covers. Although the furniture was blown around on our deck, not one of the covers came off. They fit snug enough that the wind couldn't pull them off. We love this purchase!

It was easy to order my custom cover for my large fire pit. I had a return email after I ordered where the company asked a few more questions and pictures and measurements to make sure my cover fit perfectly. They did a wonderful job and I'm very happy with the quality and appearance!
I got covers to replace the sunbrella fabric that would suck dirt and hair out of the air onto itself. The new covers are so easy to clean, I just pick them up and the dirt slides off. An even handle the cats.
