Let me start by saying, when the product arrives, whatever gets to you is a work of art.
After they did a beautiful oversized outdoor sofa cover for me, I was excited about the next two orders, a sleeve to encase a 7 foot tall fountain, a simple firepit cover.
What I got instead, a nicely-sewn dust cover for a table the size of one side of the fountain, and a stalled fire pit cover order.
Here is the chat string needed to finish the latter, which software glitches made impossible to order with a simple logo, described in the order comments. Holy mother of gawd...
