We ordered a cover for an outdoor table. After we placed the order, we realized on Cover-All's website there are discount codes. We called within 24 hours to have the discount code applied. We were told the product was already in production and no discount could or would be applied. Check discount codes prior to placing an order with this company!

Recently received my custom grill cover and it is perfect! The design process worked well for the perfect fit in a very windy area in full sun. Customer representatives in India were easy to understand. The quality of the material is very good; thicker than previous covers. They assisted me with a custom measure, charged me an exorbant amount of money, and then shipped me a cover that was undersized by thirty percent and wasn't close to fitting. Then they ignored my emails for over a week, and then they accept no responsibility, say the cover is fine, even though it doesn't fit, and they refuse to do anything except offer a discount on my next order. Complete scam. Imagine paying hundreds of dollars for a cover to fit your patio accessory and then the company sends you a product that wouldn't fit a shoe box, and then they say "tough look" or product is fine. Total total rip off!

After three design calls, the fit at the back of the sofa is short because of the cushions. That should have been taken into consideration.

Whilst product appeared of good quality, customer service is shocking. Front wheel advertised discount for first time customers ( doesn't work and when I contacted them to apply they refused), poorly packaged item. And when it arrieved, it was the wrong item. It was my error however due to the challenges at checkout I didn't realise my order had gone to manufacturers default settings. I requested to exchange or send back for refund and was refused. They said I could order an item again with 20% discount off which was further insult given that is the advertised offer for first customers in the first place. I would avoid this company as customer service is shocking

Easy to order custom covers and the details on the different covers is explicate. I was contacted a few times to confirm some dimensions for our loveseat and they did a fantastic job fitting the cover.

The only downside was the cushions were supposed to be delivered on June 16th. We left for vacation on the 19th and they still hadn't come. I got noticed that Fed Ex tried to deliver them but no one was home and took them back to the Fed Ex facility and would only keep them a week. So, I had to have my son (who's drivers license still has our address fortunately) go pick them up.
