1st time ordering from your company. Excited to get my custom sized outdoor cushion bag.
Cover cloth is good, quality is ok but tailoring is where it is questionable. The strings on each corner don't run all the way along, hence you cannot tighten the corners. I had to put a string around it to make it tight. Took almost a month to arrive from India.

While not the fault of Covers & All, the order I placed on 6/9/2023 never arrived, apparently lost by the shipper. No one was helpful in locating the missing package or appeared to care, so I concluded it was money lost and a lesson learned. On 7/27/2023, I was surprised by an email from Covers & All to offer to send a replacement cover and that shipment arrived in a few days. The product I finally received was exactly what I had ordered. The dimensions were all accurate and the fabric and color were correct - in general, I was very pleased with the item.
I didn't realize the durability of the material my shade awnings were made of. Note that they're very substantial.
It is a nice fit and a good quality. It is nice to have my cushions look like new again without having to throw them away
From the beginning to the end my experience with Covers & All was great. I contacted customer service several times for assistance and all my questions were answered promptly. The covers fit great and are of great quality. The covers kept everything dry when a recent storm measured 1.85 inches of rain in less than an hour. We are very happy with the product.
Unfortunately there are 2 spots that leak when it rains. Not as advertised.
Happy with cover but on the day they had committed to delivery, there was no cover (nor an email or any indication there would be a delay). When I called, they said 'it's a custom cover, sometimes there are delays'. Yes, but they committed to the two week delivery date and no info on when I would see it! It did finally show up but they need some improvement in their logistics department!

The website is easy to use. I needed a custom Hot tub cover. I placed the dimensions in on the website for pricing and placed my order. I received a confirmation email on my order and expected ship date. The process was very simple.
It was simple process to order what I needed. Customer service was great communicating and depicting what the final product would look like before fabricating.
The product is what I was looking for and they work great. They appear to be of sufficient quality to last a while. I'll be interested to see if the vinyl itself remains clear, or yellows over time. I will say that the communication process was more complicated than it needed to be. I asked the same questions for clarification two or three times before I finally got a very straightforward and simple answer. I didn't want to buy something custom-made, and not have it work. The people I dealt with were pleasant enough, but a lot of back & forth to get some clear and simple answers.
Not so good,.needed someone home to sign for it when it arrived, it really not a convenient way to receive the product.

We use leading shipping carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS, and all have been instructed to leave the packages at a safe location if found at the delivery address. I placed my order with the measurements requested. Order delayed until the measurements were confirmed...three times. Had to plead with customer service to just make the covers to the size i requested. The covers are fine just took much longer than I expected. I will shop local in the future.

Worked out perfectly. Cover fit full size mattress like a glove. Easy to put on with wrap around zipper.
